A.Working size:
You can choose the working size 1300mm*900mm with laser power 150W or 280W or working size 1300mm*2500mm with laser power 150W,280W or 300W. However,1390 size suits 150W the best while 1325 size suits all the laser powers.
B. Transmission
One machine has both belt transmission or ball screw transmission optional. Ball screw always go with servo motors and the precision is higher,speed is faster. But the cost is a little higher. Many times,belt transmission has high enough precision and fast enough speed.And the cost is relatively lower,which many customers can afford.
If you have big enough factory, you can choose one co2 laser cutting machine for cutting nonmetal materials and one fiber laser cutting machine for cutting metal materials.
The reason is:
A. Co2 laser only for nonmetal has much lower cost than co2 metal nonmetal laser.
B. Fiber laser has 5 times the cutting speed of co2 metal laser cutter.The precision of fiber cutter is also much higher.
C. If you have 2 machines, you can cut metal and nonmetal at the same time.
In a word,if your budget is limited,buy one co2 laser cutting machine metal nonmetal. If you have enough big factory and big enough budget, choose one co2 laser and one fiber lase maybe your best choice.
