Fiber laser cutting machine cuts metal materials such as:
stainless steel, carbon steel, mild steel, tool steel, galvanized steel, spring steel, aluminum, copper, brass, alloy, silver, gold, iron, titanium, chromium, manganese, cobalt, nickel and so on.
The laser power of fiber laser is from 1000W to 30000W optional. 4000w is middle laser power for fiber laser cutter. The laser source price is getting lower and lower, many factories can afford it.
The safe and trouble-free normal operation of a fiber cutting machine requires the factory to provide a suitable working environment. The following is based on the CNC system and laser of the fiber cutting machine. The water-cooled machine and the servo drive conduct a specific analysis of the installation environment.
1. The environmental requirements of the CNC system of the optical fiber cutting machine, take FSCUT2000 as an example
FSCUT2000 is a high-performance open loop laser control system developed
independently by Shanghai Friendess Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
It is widely used in the field of metal laser cutting. Because of its outstanding performance in the field of medium power fiber laser cutting, it is favored by a large number of high quality customers.

2. The environmental requirements of fiber cutting machine laser, take Raycus 4KW as an example:
Raycus CW fiber laser has higher efficiency electric-optical conversion, lower power consumption and excellent beam quality. The fiber laser is compact and ready to use. It can be used as a stand-alone unit or easily inserted into user’s apparatus.

3.The requirements of the water chiller are as follows: (take S&A Teyu as an example)

Operating environment humidity 20% ~ 80%RH (no condensation)
Installation place:
Indoor places where there is no corrosive or explosive gas
Well-ventilated places with little dust, garbage and humidity
Convenient place for inspection and cleaning
Altitude 1000 m or less (at 1000 m to 2000 m, the rating can be reduced for use) *5
