Open CYPCUT's system configuration software

Start to configure the partition dust bag amount method

Select "Universal Output"

Select "Sub-regional output"

Select "Set output ports according to XY coordinates respectively"

Select the corresponding output port in the divided area, and set OUT2, OUT3, OUT6 in this setting

The Y-axis coordinates are within 0-1000MM. OUT8 action

The Y-axis coordinate is within 1000MM-2000MM. OUT7 action

The Y-axis coordinate is within 2000MM-3000MM. OUT6 action

Connect the set output port to the corresponding control cylinder, and use the action of the cylinder to control the opening and closing of the dust collection window to achieve the purpose of partition dust removal.

Draw the electrical schematic diagram, the digital output interface OUT6, OUT7, OUT8 respectively control the movement of the cylinder in each area.

In this way, the purpose of separately controlling the dust collection of each area according to the axis coordinates of the movement of the Y axis is achieved.
