2. When the cutting speed is appropriate, the cutting quality can be improved, the cutting seam is fine and flat, the cutting surface is smooth without burr, the overall workpiece is free of deformation, and the workpiece can be put into use without treatment.

3. When the cutting speed is too slow, the high-energy laser beam stays around for too long and has obvious thermal impact, which will lead to obvious over melting on the opposite side of the cutting, obvious over melting on the top of the cutting and obvious slag hanging on the bottom, and the cutting quality is very unsatisfactory.

How to improve the cutting speed of laser cutting machine?

1. Increase the power and choose a higher power laser generator, such as 10mm stainless steel. 6000W power can be cut to 1.8m/min and 12000W power can be cut to 6m / min.

2. By reducing the size of the focus spot and focusing with a short focus lens, a smaller spot can be obtained.

3. The cutting speed can be optimized by adjusting appropriate process parameters, such as output power, duty cycle, positive and negative focal length.
