Fault 1: laser intensity drops, marking is not clear enough

Fault 3: one long, three short alarm when online

1. the software is not working and the motherboard is loose. Please plug in the computer again if you turn on the computer.
2. When the q-drive alarm light is on, check whether the 37 pin and 15 pin are loose and whether the Q switch is normally water-filled.
3. when the laser power alarm lamp is on, check whether the water chiller is on and whether the lamp tube is damaged (if damaged, replace the lamp tube).
Fault 4: reason for failure to light out
There are several reasons and Solutions
1. the smooth path screw of the whole machine is loose, and the screw shall be tightened.
2. whether the dust inside the gun is too much to prevent the injury of the gun endoscope. If found, the gun endoscope must be replaced.
3. if the cold water machine is turned on for a long time, it will cause the phenomenon of freezing and light out without turning on the laser power supply. It is necessary to turn off the power system of the whole machine after 1 hours before starting again.
4. if the lamp tube is aged or the laser power drops, the lamp tube must be replaced.
5. after a long time of operation, the laser power drops, and the bottom cover of gun body is opened. It is necessary to adjust it in the gun endoscope.
Fault 5: computer common problems
There are several problems
1. whether the drawing is complex during processing must be checked.
2. the online computer does not connect the network cable, it is a separate control laser system.
3. slow operation. Please do not be too impatient to avoid the crash.
4. please pay attention to prevent virus in case of system error.
Fault 6: the XY axis of the workbench is not on time
1. whether the sliding rail screw of the workbench is loose
2. the glass on the workbench shall be determined according to the requirements of the customer. Iron plate or plexiglass plate can be replaced. The balance function can be adjusted under the glass.
3. electronic ruler can be installed on the right and upper and lower corners of the workbench, and the electronic ruler can be installed to facilitate the needs of customers.
4. screw holes on the workbench can be used for customer positioning, which is denied by the product.
Fault 7: run out and position is approximately fixed
The following reasons and methods of elimination are as follows:
1. the synchronous belt is stretched too long and deformed ----- replace the new synchronous belt.
2. the small gear groove of reducer of large and small wheel has dirt ------ clean the dirt of pinion groove.
3. the drive shaft pinion has dirt ------ clean the dirt in the gear groove of the transmission shaft.
Fault 8: closed line start and end are not closed
There are several reasons:
1. the synchronous belt is too loose - tension the synchronous belt.
2. loose connection between gear and shaft ----- retighten.
3. The x-axis guide rail and y-axis guide rail are not vertical ------ adjust the verticality of X and y-axis guide rails.
4. the clearance between the slide and the guide rail is large ----- replace the slide.
Fault 9: if you encounter a situation of incomplete cutting
There are several reasons and exclusion methods as follows:
1. vertical light is not correct - adjust the vertical light, and adjust the light path again if necessary.
2. improper adjustment of focal length - readjust the focal length.
3. if the voltage is unstable and the voltage is too low, the laser current is too small, the larger voltage regulator shall be replaced and the output of laser current shall be increased.
4. the outlet of the air nozzle is blocked by sputtering material --- clean the air nozzle.
5. the protective gas is not available - clean the air pump, air filter and check the air circulation path.
6. the reflector and focus lens are polluted - clean the reflector and focusing lens with cleaning solution.
7. power drop of laser tube - replace the laser tube.
8. failure of optical control module on the main board - replace the main board.
9. potentiometer equipment, too small potentiometer setting or self failure - adjust potentiometer setting or replace potentiometer.
10. the energy setting in the software is too small - to increase the energy.
11. material problems - please select the appropriate materials
12. the focus lens is cracked or the focusing effect is poor --- replace the focusing lens.
13. too much dirt in laser tube has poor heat dissipation effect - pure water is selected.
