Mild Steel Fiber Laser Cutter Video

Through this video, you can see fiber laser cutter cutting 6mm mild steel. It also cuts stainless steel,aluminum,copper and other metal materials.

Daily maintenance for fiber laser cutter:

1. Check the water level of the chiller, which shall be above the green mark of water level 2 / 3.

2. Check whether the power line is damaged and other potential safety hazards.

3. Check whether each switch button is flexible.

4. Check the protective lens before starting up and keep it clean.

5. Check the cutting nozzle before light out to keep it clean and free of blockage.

6. Check whether the laser focus is in the center of the cutting nozzle.

7. Clean the ash layer and waste on the machine table before going off duty.

8. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ℃, please add antifreeze or drain the water from the laser water cooler to prevent the water from freezing and damaging the machine.

Weekly maintenance details:

1. Butter at least once a week and inject lubricating oil once a shift.

2. Disassemble the dust cover for inspection to ensure that the oil is injected in place.

3. Clean the cutting residue on the rack and keep the rack moving smoothly.

4. Clean the cooling filter screen of the cooling system and keep the cooling system in good working order.

Monthly maintenance details:

1. Clean the ash layer of the main control cabinet and the residues of the air conditioner to keep the heat dissipation of the control cabinet working normally.

2. Clean the water tank and replace the cooling water (deionized distilled water once in June and purified water once in February)

Replace the filter element once every six months.
