CNC fiber laser cutter needs fiber cutting head to do the high precision cutting.The cutting head has focus lens inside and protect mirror to protect the lens. During the cutting,there maybe some reflect to the laser head.To avoid destroying the lens,the cutting head manufacturer put mirror under the lens to protect it. Under the mirror and near the cutting material,there is cutting nozzles. We choose different cutting nozzles for cutting different metals with different thickness.
There are 3 main fiber cutting head brands:
Raytools is Swizland brand and produced in China.It is the most popular for fiber laser cutter and very good in using. It has many models:BT240S,BT210S FC,BM109,BM111 and so on. Some model is manual focus while some model is automatic focus.
Precitec is Germany brand. It is very famous and many customers like it. The only problem is it is much more expensive than other brands.
Au3tech is Chinese brand. The price is cheaper and the function is very good. So,many customers choose Au3tech brand. If a CNC fiber laser cutter is equipped with Au3tech laser head,it had better equip Au3tech cnc controller because they are a couple.
In a word,Raytools is the most popular laser head and most people choose it.If you want lower price machine,choose au3tech laser head and au3tech software. If you have big money and want to buy very famous laser head, choose Precitec.
