Full Cover Metal Plate Fiber Laser Cutter CypCut System Adds Camera Monitoring Function

Fiber laser cuttirt is widely used in cutting metal plate such as stainless steel, mild steel,aluminum,copper,brass and so on.  If the laser power is higher such as 2KW or more laser powers, we need to equiped the machine with full cover.

Cypcut system is the mostly used system for fiber laser cutter.  It has English version and other versions. New operator can learn how to use it with in 2 days.

Following are the steps CypCut system adds camera monitoring function:

1. Set the computer's IP address

The PCI expansion network port is directly connected to the switch, and the setting address can be consistent with the IP of the Hikvision camera 192.168.1.100. For example

2. Install Haikang camera monitoring software

3. Activate the Hikvision camera.

It needs to be activated when using the Hikvision camera for the first time. The inactive state is as shown in the figure below:

At this time, you only need to open the browser that comes with the system, enter 192.168.1.64 or directly double-click the above picture IP address place

To activate, you only need to enter the password you set yourself, and it is recommended to use a unified password such as: (Vision 666)

4. Modify the IP address of the Hikvision camera.

When using multiple cameras, the IP address cannot be shared, and the IP address needs to be modified for distinguishing use. when

If there are more than one, you need to modify the IP address of multiple cameras. As shown below:

5. Open the software to enable monitoring in the monitoring position of the software

Right click to display the setting interface

Set the number of monitoring, the IP address is the same as the modified IP address, the resolution is recommended to be set to the lowest, the user name and password are consistent with the third step settings.
