The fully enclosed type fiber laser cutter machine has the function of automatic power off.

The automatic power-off function of opening the door is to install a door switch on the door of the electrical cabinet, and the coil on the main switch of the electrical cabinet is triggered by the door switch to realize the function of automatic power-off when the door is opened.

There are two main ways:

 1. Using undervoltage trip coil, this way needs to take power in front of the main switch. After opening the door and power off, there are some circuits that are live, the power off is not complete, the circuit is cumbersome and unsafe, so it is not recommended use.

2. Using shunt trip coil. The power is taken behind the main switch, the power is cut completely, and the circuit is simple and clear. At present, it is the mainstream way to open the door and cut off the power on the machine tool.

1. Undervoltage trip coil mode The specific circuit diagram is shown in the figure 1. The functional circuit of opening the door and powering off, the power supply of the undervoltage coil is taken in front of QS1, and a G4, 24V power supply is added. After opening the door, although QG1 is powered off, QF3 and G4 are still It is live, more dangerous, and the circuit is more complicated; in actual applications, the main switch of the machine tool can be reset only when the power is supplied to the front of the machine tool QS1, and then the QS1 can be powered on again, which is very inconvenient in actual applications. This way of opening the door and powering off is gradually eliminated by the market.
