2. There is no automatic cutting process

The cutting operator can only carry out drawing cutting manually by virtue of experience. Automatic perforation and automatic cutting cannot be achieved during cutting, and manual adjustment is required. In the long run, the efficiency of optical fiber laser cutting machine is naturally very low.

3. The cutting power does not match the actual cutting thickness

The corresponding optical fiber laser cutting machine is not selected according to the actual cutting. For example, it is actually necessary to cut 25mm carbon steel plate in large quantities, but a 6000W cutting equipment is selected. The equipment can cut 25mm carbon steel plate, but the cutting speed is slow, and the long-time cutting will increase the damage rate of lens consumables and even affect the focusing lens, It is recommended to select 8000w or 10000w power for cutting.

4. Improper cutting method

Cutting methods such as common edge, borrowing edge and bridging are not used in cutting metal plates. In this way, the cutting path is long, the cutting time is long, the production efficiency is very low, the consumption of consumables will increase, and the cost is high.
